Please continue your all OffPage efforts. Also re-check your content. I think you have listened about the Google's Panda Update. So try to arrange the content according to the update.

High quality off page sites can only get you on top. Try article submissions with your keyword hyper linked in the resource box. Also try to get popular on Delicious and Stumbleupon.com.
I don't know whether you have done this thing or not, if not then here is a tips for you: 1. Write a unique and Fresh content again. Include you keyword in it. 2. Write meta Tag, Title and Description for your site including your keyword here also. 3. Now do all the Offpage SEO task for link building like various submission and especially I reccommend Do follow blog commenting and forum Posting. These two will gives you maximum quality backlink. 4. Put link properly and accurately by the rules and regulations coz through this only you will get noticed. 5. Do all these task on Regular Basis. 6. Do SEO on page task also which is equally important 7. Alongwith this try SMO i.e. Social Bookmarking and Networking which is very much booming nowadays. 8. I don't know if you've done this but internal link building also helps. Write more articles on your site then link those articles to your main page that you are trying to rank. then build links to the new pages you added.
