I was getting good sales everyday until recently so definitely qualified to be an Elite member. My run of poor sales has coincided with the April 27/28th site maintenance you guys did (reading back through the pages on this site other members also noticed a drop in sales being credited to accounts since April 27/28th maintenance). I'm not saying you guys are deliberately not crediting peoples accounts with sales but maybe there's a bug in the system and some sales aren't showing in members accounts.

Sales seem so sporadic nowadays, i had 5 sales Sunday even though i didn't post any new content but yesterday and today only 1 sale and i have uploaded lots of new content, doesn't make sense.

Could you add PPD to Elite members settings please so we can use it if we want.

If you could post monthly sale stats on this forum so members could see if new sales are on the increase or not then i'm sure that would be helpful for Elite members to decide whether to choose the PPS or PPD plan.

Actually it does make sense Some days users won't buy, the other days they will! The day of the week also is a big factor in this...

Regarding the maintenance, it has improved things and not the inverse Whenever we get complaints, we take them very seriously and our IT guys found no problems with sales... We even did some tests ourselves and found nothing wrong!

For now, we only offer the regular PPD... But your idea is noted!

Unfortunately we can't post any stats on here!

Sadly i just got this message...

I've clicked report and hopefully i will get my account back, i haven't done anything wrong uploading wise... i know i whinge on this forum lol but that shouldn't mean i lose my account.

Hope it's only a glitch.

 

Looks like files are starting out sort of slow, speednig up to max, then slowing down until it finally fails completely. The download then needs to be reset. I think FServ must be having server issues the past couple of weeks. Hopefully they get it resolved soon.

 

is today pay day? First payment here, so just wondering when, or if they have begun.

Nope, i clicked the stats button to see if i had any sales but it diverted to another page saying... 'We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address and have been temporarily blocked. If you feel this is an error, click here to report it to our technical team.'' i typed the words to make a report.

I have just got my account back and everything seems ok so i'm guessing it was a glitch. If you still want me to send you my info then pm me and i will.

Is this a global glitch???
