sometimes females age does not care can click to whereever they visit, like my wife infected pc at home 1000+ times in 3 years, i told her, if she clicks
again and pc is down, i will never setup it again. i installed avg antivirus + webroot spysweeper as original copy and told her not to shut them down .
and its ok now. Females are very curious while surfing internet, clicking on every button on screen and click to every emails even if they are fake or spam.
cause they are female and their logics are less than males. I'm sure you have a trojan inside (filesonic keeps login data as cookie) and trojans can capture it.
Lots of members have same problem here if you visit previous pages.

My wife wouldn't touch my PC, I bought her own laptop to FB and email with. lol .

But what can I do? Lodge a PayPal claim? I'll wear paying for a month as I had used it for that long, but I've been ripped off 2 months.

It's a shame cause I thought Fs was way superior to ORON.

 

@bobbavet were you using your FS account at office computers or to remote upload files to other filehost?? If filesonic system find any account accessed by multiple IPs and ISP then it will be blocked.

 

Nah mate, just my home puter. Yeh I understand how a block can be triggered but I'm just using Jdownloader from my computer. Iv'e ask helpdesk to explain how they could come to a multiple account use, cause I've got no idea.

And on a different note:
I feel that my last replies were a bit ungrateful towards Hish and the guys.
No matter what, to me they are no.1, and even if I quit the affiliation because I stop earning it won't change a thing in my state of mind. They have helped us earn a nice amount of $$$ and they are listening to our feedbacks.

May a day come and we would see the rebill at the end of the tunnel. But even if it won't be so - I am happy and content.

I'd be happy if there was a re-bill plan on one month sales only. Only earning $7.2 from a sale isn't enough so when the person renews after the month if Elite members could earn 20-30% from the renewal that would be acceptable i think.

You have been hacked mate like many of us.The security and support is
rubbish at Filesonic (although the service is ok when it works)
Don`t bother trying to get it resoved you will just get the brush off.
Open a complaint in the Resolution centre of Paypal,wait the 7 days and then proceed for a cash refund.Good luck

 

Does anyone else experience problem downloading some files -> "An error occurred, please try again later" ?
