    Or buy Traffic ;). You can do Seo and work over years but maybe it is cheaper to work with paid Traffic!?
    But something is clear, it is much faster than seo and much easier.

    Well there are lot of fan pages related to casino and gambling on facebook, first try getting your message and site link on those pages. You can go with the fan pages or groups which dont have any admins left, there no one will remove your links ;)

    It's illegal in the US, but I think a good way to promote online Casino is through paid traffic with good landing page or some good discount or bonus you can provide from signing up with you.

    I don't think you can find something to promote a casino site without charging you money and the best paid way has to be promoting it on existing gambling sites.

    They surely would do it for money!
