At the time when the US, UK, India, and rest of the world is celebrating the killing of the most brutal mass murderer of the history Osama Bin Laden; people in Pakistan are praying for him! Read the news: http://www.ndtv.com/article/world/lawyers-at-pak-court-pray-for-osama-103525 This incidence is raises a few question in my mind, that are as follows: 1. It seems the natural trend is in favor of terrorists. Is it a demand of Pakistani masses to kill Americans, Britons, and Indians? 2. Is it possible to cure such a decease of having a wish of killing of entire non-Muslim world? 3. Praying for Osama is directly indicating that the people of Pakistan must have celebrated the killing of innocent Americans. What can we expect from them? Can those people be considered as a potential terrorists? Do not you think that if those people got an opportunity to kill, they can kill thousands?
Perhaps you can look at Nazi Germany for the answers to your questions. Suffering economy, prideful people, looking for a path out of their problems and someone to blame. Hitler gave them all of that. The exact same conditions exist in Pakistan, except the general population is no where near as organized, educated, and efficient as the Germans where and Pakistan has no uniting/controlling figure like Hitler. The solution for Germany was war, with events like the Bombing of Dresden to bring a definitive state of finality to the matter. Of course bombing the crap out of civilian populations may have sapped the will to fight out of a group of people, but you can't remove racism and hatred with bombs. To deal with that "disease", as you call it, Germany and several other European countries put in place rather draconian Holocaust denial laws, making it a crime to spew the kind of bullsh*t that is analogous to the cr*p coming from IsraeI/Solar Products on a daily basis. The truth is, Pakistan, Gaza, and the rest will never be permitted to rise to the level of Nazi Germany. The more their populations support idiots like Bin Laden, the more isolated they will become, until their poverty is absolute. At some level, it almost seems more humane to let them grow, get the war out of the way, so we/they can start with a fresh slate. Short of that, it seems a lot like a festering sore that never gets better.
It takes a strong man to forgive his enemies and respect them in death. Regardless of a person's actions death is death. I know in reality this is rather idealistic, for I know I would certainly relish in the death of someone who seriously harmed any of my loved ones. ISI has done many terror attacks, as have the UK, Israel and US intelligence agencies. They're all one and the same. "Be the change you wish to see in the world" is one of the most amazing gifts of wisdom anyone could have thrown out to this purely relative, yet often objectified reality.
As per US intelligence, more than 75% of the population of Muslim world hates US. It is very sure that in coming days more and more terror attacks will be there; as Muslims get a great respect through out their community to perform such an act.
Despite Osama bin Laden's very public contempt for the United States, he was always careful in his broadcasts never to take personal credit for any of the horrible crimes committed by al-Qaida extremists. Do we know for a fact we could have convicted him of a crime for which capital punishment would be the appropriate sentence? Could he have been convicted without disclosing evidence gathered by classified means that the United States might not wish to reveal in a courtroom setting? 2. Although we speak of bin Laden as the symbol of evil, we should remember he is also a symbol of resistance to U.S. hegemony among millions of people. source
He was a child of privilege bringing chaos and poverty to those who did not deserve it. Its always curious when an Indian speaks out against Pakistan. Not that you shouldn't speak up but the ill will between the two countries means we have to double check any "facts" before acting on them.
ya just like Isreal speaks out against Palestine or US as a matter of fact. heres some Paki love which we often receive http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=1e4_1246490858
