    I have domain http://www.facebook-themes.info/

It was 1st place of google for "Facebook themes" and Facebook themes related keyword. Now it is 2nd (sometimes 1st place)

I like to hire this domain monthly. (I don't like sell it)

How can I do it? Anybody like to hire this domain please Bid.

    Thanks

    Uh?
    What do you mean?

Are you asking for someone to pay you for using the domain and then giving it back to you?

There are many adware related "Facebook layouts" (page rage, Facetheme, webfetti ect )

If anyone use adware related facebook layouts plugins he can earn good income from it
I can't earn good income using adsense.

I don't know if there is any method to hire domains. I just asking you.

You mean you want to lease the domain out. As far as how to do it, you just make a contract with agreed-upon terms, sign it and have the lessee sign it, then change the nameservers to what they want and keep them as such as long as they keep paying you on time.

One thing to note though - your domain infringes on Facebook's trademark, and they have taken such domains away from people before. Very risky domain.

Drop the domain. It will only bring you legal trouble.

Why would someone rent this name ( which is a cheap .info and also includes '-' ) when he can register his own domain himself?

I am aware that facebookthemes.com wont be available but your domain is not such a good alternate too, so someone would like to register any other variation which is available like fb-themes.net (which is available right now ) and pay only $10 instead of paying you monthly...

    Hope it helps :)
and yes, also consider the recommendation of mjewel just above ^

Well as the OP says, the strength of the domain is the top ranking in Google for a strong keyword. That could mean instant traffic. That's a big selling point which you won't get with another domain just registered.

Still I think it would be hard to find someone who wants to rent it. Your best bet would be to sell advertisement spots. That could be a big money-earner for you.

And Domainate is right about the trademark issue.

I agree, but this term and niche itself is very uncompetitive, so you can expect full results on a little optimization on your new domain too.

    Thanks

Anyone can register any domain. However, it is not the matter. But People can't get them Google's 1st, 2nd place.

Just check traffic for this web site and please answer my ques.

You're asking for a nice potential TM lawsuit from Facebook shortly. Good luck with it if it comes around

For sure, you might as well just give them the domain now.

    Thanks for all replies.

Now I can understand this is not good domain to hire or sell.
It's not good idea to register domain with any trademarks

I will try to change this domain. I think it's not good idea to drop it.
Because I am still getting good income form this

    No more replies please
