    Often these people get tipped off and remove the ads,so just in case:

    "To create and provide for a program such as this Mass Adder V3, you need money. Since I have been kind and provided the program for free I am simply asking you click an ad which will generate me a little money through Google Adsense, that can help me keep this great program updated and running."

    google_ad_client = "pub-3236313546830351"; ;)

    Sorry, folks, but I don't think so. :( This guy/gal is not going to be banned.

    Unfortunately, Google looks like not been concerned about TOS violations. I see many sites that clearly violates the terms and continue showing the ads. I also reported some of them and Google never banned them.

    Google looks more concerned about click-fraud, hunting and banning many innocent sites in their CF crusade. If the site is not TOS complaint, let it be. Even better. While more people clicks on the ads, more money earns Google.

    O and sites DO get banned quite often. When i was first starting out in adsense i had some quite shady sites, which got banned quite quickly. I have since changed my ways ;)

    I think Google's more lenient toward the larger sites, but for small fry, it's Ban City. A one-way ticket.

    There's people who might accidentally cross the TOS line, and Google will send them a nice email telling them of the error of their online ways. But this guy? He's just begging to get fragged, and should soon get his wish.

    Adsense doesn't work on those old Warez-type sites, i.e.: 'Click on the three ads below and then the link will come up.'
