    hey your site is a directory then why dont you have good page rank as most of the directories have good page rank due to backlinks of links from other sites and your alexa is pretty good i can see the thing is that i want to ask u what do you think will the price will go for the price depends on how much work u did on the site

    jomon, don't listen to those silly inflated prices. There is no way that anyone here can tell you how much your site is worth based on what little information you have provided. Most people who purchase web sites do so based on the amount of revenue a web site makes. If your web site makes $10 a month then there is no way on this planet someone will pay $5000 for it regardless of how old it is.

    A very valid point. Your website is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If I was going to buy a website, my ROI (return on investment) would have to be there within a year, and unless you are bringing in some heavy traffic, the only thing worth selling might be the domain name at that point. Reach out to companies that have similar names to your domain and mention you are offering the domain for sale. That might help you get some good offers.

    Are you making any money off of it? Just multiply your monthly income by about 10 and you will have a good estimate of the price you could sell it for.

    actually it depends on your sites monthly income.
    when you are thinking about selling it, you have to show some valid income proofs and using those proofs you can calculate a rough offer price
    the prices suggested above are just wild guesses because in order to guess the actual value of any site we need to know its income per month

    When you evaluate a website you should take into consideration a lot of different factors, not only it's current revenue, though it is one very important. Other things to take in consideration:
    Domain Name - being a 4 character .com with a dash it is not that valuable at all, maybe 40-50$ tops.
    Design - it is clean and simple, though I personally don't like a lot of white space. Let's value it at 20$.
    Potential - how much can the website earn in the future and if there is a room to grow. I would multiply 9-10 months revenue. We get about 150-200$

    Considering this is a competitive space, and a lot of work is needed to be done to increase PR, the site is worth around 200-250$.
