I used dark background color in my one of the jewelery site but I got low CPC. Is it possible because of dark background?

I think your problem is about traffic

 

No dear my problem is CPC is down.
I reached what I expect right now in traffic. It will increase in future but currently it's traffic is 100-150 UV/Day
I used black theme for whole site and adsense too. So is it possible for low cpc? have anybody face this type of issue?

for increase your earning you have to follow bellow things.

1. ad position
>> Ad positions is most important. If you put ad in wrong position then it will not attract to visitors.

2. ad match with your web theme (Background color, text color, content color etc)

I know CPC but not as much as you described. I applied 1 and 2nd point into my site. But because I don't know 3rd point I need to apply this and let me reply what happen.

He is talking about choosing your ads carefully by describing your website to google as accurately as possible. This increases the chances of a decent advert being served rather then any old rubbish
