Often people ask "is this an interesting article?" or "what content should I post on my website?". Here are some guidelines that make life easier for you. They may sound trivial to some, but not thought of by others. I firmly believe in the statement CONTENT IS KING, you'll read why. 1) Great content starts in the research phase. This phase should happen BEFORE you actually buy a domain and before you get hosting. What does my future audience like? One easy way to find that out is by using the search engines to find forums. Just start reading the forums, read the topic titles and try to see if the same questions appear more than once. If the same question gets asked multiple times, you know this is an interesting topic for your post/article. 2) Use the google keyword tool, spyfu, market samurai, google adwords - any tool for that matter - to find out how many people search for certain keywords. For every keyword think "what does my audience want when they use that keyword?". The more exact (long tail) it gets, the higher the chance that most people are looking for the same product/service/question. Build content around the keyword, always questioning yourself. What does my audience want. 3) Write killer content. There is enough mediocre stuff on the internet, make sure you are THE authority on the subject. Write excellent stuff (or outsource it to a specialist). What happens when you got a well researched post on your blog, around a keyword people use in the search engines, with killer content that is much better than any other content on this subject? People start noticing you, people come back to your page and people start to link to your page naturally. Also when you are going to start linkbuilding the quality of the post makes it valuable for your target sites to place a link just because your content is great or unique. To round it up: 1) Think like your audience thinks and now how you think. 2) Write killer content. Good luck
If "you all" already knew it, then why are there still questions and great examples of people who don't know how to create good content? Read between the lines, I am not just claiming "content = king", I'm explaining how you can create good content. And if those suggestions just helped 10 people while 100 others already knew. Then it's still perfectly fine with me.
I am certainly not telling you to copy/paste! I'm saying the opposite. The methodology I explained was for finding topics to create good content. The actual creation is done best by simply doing good research and spend time on your article (quality over quantity) or even better, hire an expert.
because they are dumb and retarded? If you stay here for at least a year, you will get fed up with the same crap questions repeating over and over again.
Hah, I guess you are right. But for now, I sitll have the energy to try to help those without enough experience and knowledge.
That's because "almost" all people surfing the net now is not aware in making money online. In the future, they will be like us, one by one, bit by bit, they are gaining knowledge in making money online and they will go to forums and search for the same questions that we also search when we are newbie so the question will always be repeating over and over and over again. Someday all people surfing the net knows google ads will make the site owner money, then they will surely not click that ads. That is the time google will fall (Im out of topic sorry)
Hi rick Even we know many things , we dont follow some of them. But you have given very valuable points to remember when writing the content.
Burnout: That's the best thing, these concepts are not new. If you are looking for The Next New Thing That Is Going To Make You $1,556.12 In Just 2 Days you should buy WSO's datastage: Thanks, that's exactly the reason I wrote it down.
