    Does google hate pay per post like sponsored reviews? Will my adsense account would get disabled?

    You need to take care when participating in the other sites with your google adsense account. If they are following all the rules in there site. Then you can participate in that site. You need to check weather the site is older or not and they are google rules or not.
    But don't experiment with your account. If you do any thing wrong with ads in the other sites , your account will be disabled and you cant get it back.

    But I found many peoples are usinf adsense ads with their sponsored review articles. How google will detect them?

    Nothing will happen to adsense, thats a separate department. But your SEO rankings will go down 0once google realises you're selling links within your posts

    Could be considered as link selling, which is one of the things not allowed in google's webmaster guidelines.
    The problem won't be with adsense necessarily, but with google, which is more or less the same effect.

    Those buying links don't buy only on your site, so it's easy for google to spot link patterns.
