I bought a hosting where I can host multiple domain .I am a non tech person. By reading normal guideline "how to host a website”, I can successfully host my website in root. Now I want to host another domain on that same hosting account (as it can host multiple domain), Can you please guide me the standard procedure how can I send my present web site in to a folder under root so that website do not lose it's functionalist and how to create folder on my hosting account and how to host another website from different folder under root. Please please help me and guide me .Thanks a lot.

    Assuming your host has cpanel:

    1. Change DNS on your new domain to point to your web host.
    2. Add the domain to your web host via cpanel as an add-on domain.
    3. Upload your files to the directory you specified in the previous step.
    4. You're done.

This is very easy to do, simple instructions from Miroslav Chodak :) you can follow, but directing/change DNS sometimes have to wait 1 to 2 hours for your website to online.

It sounds like you should be on a managed hosting account. Do you have a dedicated server or a VPS account? Do your current host provide you with a control panel to add/remove domains? You might want to look into switching to a managed hosting company that will give you the tools you need, instead of making you learn and taking up your valuable time.
