No you can not guarantee this but you can ranknearly anything in any niche in about 6-8 weeks,You obviously have not had much success ranking for your keywords. I wonder if it is your signature links that you are not ranking for? maybe that has something to do with it being one of the most competitive search terms online. same for the article directory.
