I bought Byte XL package.. By the way 1 question: Will you warn first before banning account for excessive use of CPU usage?
Hello, It depends on the amount of CPU usage your site may cause, we've had clients that were using so much CPU that was causing major problems for the server and other clients, in which case we had to suspend immediately, but in most normal cases we warn before and give the client the chance to review their scripts in order to lower the CPU usage.
