You need to be flexible. If you can't stick to the schedule, you will not succeed. I thought it would be interesting for people here since there are probably a lot of freelancers and self-employed folks that could perhaps manage to do it.
That's like me saying too much sleep is unhealthy. How can you say the body can't adapt to that? Sure, if you haven't worked out in years and you want to run a marathon, that's probably unhealthy too. But what if you prepared a year in advance?
