Does Indian paypal to paypal work?

    does it work? i have attached a real credit card to my premier pp and i am getting subscription failed notification when payment is sent from indian paypal (premier) to another indian paypal (business account)?

    Is this paypal restriction?

    As far as i know transfer of funds between indian pp accounts not possible (evenif with cc funded payments).

    If you have to send money in India, then better use Online fund transfer facility. :) Its safe and fast.

    It is really crazy of PayPal.

    sending funds from indian paypal account to another using credit card too is blocked :(

    When I tried last week it was working,but now Sending payments from Indian to Indian Paypal account is blocked by Paypal.I hope it would work again :)

    Payment between Indian accounts has been stopped now these days by Paypal. I dont know what Paypal need from Indians.

    For paying Indian users, just convert the USD to INR and send them NEFT (net banking).

    You also save some conversion rate from paypal.
