I don't think so as this is required by RBI (Reserve Bank of India).

@Chandan and others from India, just wanted to let you know that you can't use the Payoneer debit card in India, as you know, however you can still use Payoneer to receive your funds through direct bank transfers. You can contact our Indian support team directly at IndiaSupport@payoneer.com or ask me here. :)

I'm Talia, director of community at Payoneer, by the way :)

Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't have a partnership with Payoneer right now, so no. We would love to work with them, of course, so if you and your friends want to try to help get that moving, that would be awesome. You can post on their forums and on ours (we have a forum specifically for partners our users want us to work with).

I don't have enough posts here yet to post links, yet, sorry, but just go to our site and click on Community to access the forums :)

Welcome to DP Talia, it's good to see you now have a dedicated email for Indians. I have had tough time getting support a year ago.

    Hi IndiaNet,

We have made a lot of changes in our support over the past year. We had insane growth and couldn't hire enough people fast enough. We are still in the process of improving it even more, but we now have over a dozen reps per shift, so things move a lot of faster.

You can also find us just about anywhere now - our own forums, Facebook, Twitter, various forums like DigitalPoint, so it shouldn't be hard to get in touch with us quickly anymore :)

Really interesting if anyone have email address of Mr. D. Subbarao ( Governor of RBI) so please share here we will sent this email in Bulk then may be they read one of them

Absolutely right, In India we always have to fight for our right

Yes i have the American PP premier verified a/c
after this problem i found this solution how i rotate money see
I got money from Freelancing work -> Take this money in US PayPal -> When i have enough money i transferred it to Indian PayPal -> From Indian PayPal to my BOB Bank a/c.

the benefits of having US paypal is that you can spend money to buy online products and also can send money to any other pp to the rest of the world. :D
