You’ve managed to collect very nice set of templates. I liked number 14, 24 and 6 very much because I prefer simpler designs, but others are very good too. Thanks for the effort. I was thinking about setting up my own web page and your collection gave me some great ideas.
I would definitely go with Wordress and you need less knownledge. But you still have to work very hard to establish a good website. Also wordpress has a bunch of amazing plugins pm me if you want and ebook how and where to download them, they are amazing

Certainly a Wordpress would be the Best choice. Millions of themes and thousands of plugins !!! If you don't want to kill your precious time on updating your website then wordpress is for you. Basic coding knowledge will help you in customization. You may get FREE tech support from WP experts in case you get stuck with some issue. Ans if you are planning to host some ecommerce website then design & code it manually.
if you want to do blogging use wordpress, if you want to do other things and have more experience html/dreamweaver site
I run many sites, some of them are wordpress. My new favorite is, Joomla. Dreamweaver is like making websites from the 90's.
