Normal price ,there are bands of hostings have a frown price than the one you've observed. If you are going to purchase a hosting price shouldn't be the almost significant factor .
Unless you need the SEO stuff, and the 10 IPs, it seems overpriced. If you're going to utilize all the IPs, then it may be worth it, as IPs from many companies are $2-3. Multiple that by the 10 IPs and you're already up to $30/mo just for that, without any hosting. If you are not planning on needing all the IPs, then you can probably find less expensive hosting elsewhere.
I was wondering the same thing, but if you visit their site (aseohosting.com), it looks like it's just shared hosting. The additional IPs are EXTREMELY overpriced, but for the hosting plan itself, it looks like you're basically paying for the included IP addresses.
