two submissions of same website under different languages

Does DMOZ allow submissions of same website under different directories? I have listed my website under italian language. also, have submitted english page under english language, but is not listed yet. I've submitted almost 3 months ago.

 

If a website is multilingual, it can be suggested once for each language that it supports. Machine translations are not acceptable.

Most sensible multilingual websites have a language selector on the home page. In such cases, we list the same root URL in each World category.

 

I think you can't do that.
However Google have their own automated translation tool.

Hmm.... does it really say in the guidelines you can submit more then once? Care to point to where? Can't find it on the add page, all I can find is...
Identify the single best category for your site. The Open Directory has an enormous array of subjects to choose from. You should submit a site to the single most relevant category. Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be rejected or removed.

That says "we list" not "please submit to". There is a difference, as if that implies it's OK to submit once for each category for languages, it stands to reason it's OK to submit the same site multiple times assuming it fits in other categories as well.
