    That's a tough one. I would use different graphics just to be on the safe side.

    I would change it a little bit. you aren't hosting a image service and people spoof others and copy ideas all the time, so I don't see you getting into trouble for it.

    Just make sure you remake the entire thing because if you save theirs and edit it, you might be able to get into trouble.

    Nah thats perfectly legal nothing to do with hosting images or videos so don't worry about it. :)

    How sure are you? I just don't want to put it up there and then have a lawsuit filed :).


    But I did remake everything...if I had to make an argument, the font is different, the shape is different, and the words are different. Just same concept.
