obviously that is more dependant on what the script is. Obviously you'll want to do some of the following: 1) Ensure you have a footer link in your script, and ensure it stays there, so people know what script is powering sites 2) Submit your script to some of the big script linking places like hotscripts etc, so people can stumble accross it 3) Get some PR for your script. Buy blog posts, get people to hear about your script 4) Do something other scripts don't. There are just a few ideas. Without more details, it becomes hard to give more specific ideas...
All the above mentioned ideas are good. Also you may make use of sourceforge i guess. You can host OSS with them and they could increase your reach i believe. I've heard people saying so. ;-) Cheers
