$0.11 per click||what the wrong with me?

Hi,
I want to learn from you experts how to increase my adsense earnings.I am getting around 400 UVs. But clicking on the ads is very low. I am getting around $0.10 per day.Page impression shows in adsense central to be more than 100. I have heard that adsense ads with red font, I ,mean text and links having red color and white back ground offers more revenue.That is why I have gone for red colored palette. However, I am ready to change things if you suggest me trying something different.

try simply standard colors, blue links, black text, green url, it works ok for most people, but depends on the design of your site.

Also, $0.1 per click is for me the minimum HONEST cpc with adsense, so I won't complain about that.
I would complain about having such a low traffic and low CTR. You can work on both things first.

 

Thanks Mr. James. Yes, I am currently working on traffic building. I hope when I have more traffic then $0.1 may turn into double or so.

 

It depends on what kind of niche website you have, if you have wordpress site, try something good ctr adsense wordpress themes.

 

well, its depends on you niche.
but you can still do so tweaks to get the highest CPC possible.
Don't put too many ad blocks.
The rule is: The first ad block will carry the highest CPC, the last Ad block will carry the least CPC.

SO, if you put just one ad block, and your visitor click the !st ad in that ad block then you'll PROBABLY* get the best CPC possible.

*sometimes ads are arranged not just according to the bid, but also arranged depending on the keyword of your page & the advertiser's keywprd

 

maybe the problem is with your keywords selection can you tell me how many clicks you are getting and whats the ctr ???

I am getting around 400 UV and 10k views per day and at most 2 clicks per day. I know this is not huge traffic yet I want to earn $0.5 per day at this point of time. This will eventually increase as I get more traffic. What you say? Thanks for replying.

 

Get keyword content, i always search Google Keyword Tools to find great CPC

 

I have seen great results with high CTR when I used red color titles for my AdSense ads.

 

Where are the ads???

 

I hope you are right.
I select niche which has 1.8$ cpc and created website on that and I take 6-10 clicks perday but cpc is 0.05. I think it's because of dark background and dark text color of adsense.

the low cpc is not due to the ad style, many other factors lower your cpc

ur website needs more work. i m suprised u getting 10K impressions. how u manage to get traffic?
