    These IPv4 blocks come from companies who were assigned IP space PRE-ARIN. Most of the space was never used, or barely used. So you get some advantages with legacy blocks and pre-ARIN rules. Each block is being sold for $XXX,XXX each. You will OWN these blocks outright, not lease/rent them.

    why would someone buy ipv4 ips????? There are ipv6 available for free on request, and ip4 has no advantage over it..
