    I went to your site and did quick searches on snippets of your text and got multiple results from all over. That's duplicate content and the latest Panda update has been heavily penalizing duplicate content.

    I would suggest heavily spinning/rewriting your entries and you should see a pickup.

    Its impossible to say why your traffic may have dropped off -

    Have you checked your server logs and checked the data to what ever data your using the measure traffic ?

    Google spiders websites regularly and you may find massive changes in the rankings, if your site has good content, traffic and backlinks then over time this will settle down and you will rank more consistently.

    please tell us how many visitors your site have lost? now i have seen a website whose visitor is been reduced from 6000 visitors to 600.due to Google panda. do you checked that fact?

    Some thing which you should d right away to get rid of duplicate and low quality content:

    1) Noindex tags, categories, author page and useless pages like privacy policy, contact
    2) check canonical redirection
    3) Also check for content copier blog and report them to Google with www.google.com/dmca.html
