    How much would it cost to get a SEO developer to get my site in the top five for the search term "web proxy" on Google for a relatively new web proxy with no PR?

    I can do it but you are talking a lot of money ... paid links, pfi program and you need to wait at least a year since your sites conception for it to appear for compeitive keyword terms in google. MSN would be rather fast.. a month or 2.
