Contest Sexy Header $20

I'm currently creating a Sexy site that's also good for men's health. i.e. http://www.wholefitness.com/looking-breasts.html (i.e. looking at breasts is good for a man's heart)

The idea is that the site brings Sexy and Healthy together under one roof. The name of the site is Doctor Downblouse http://doctordownblouse.com/

I'd like a 900px header that goes in with the current green and white theme. I'm looking for something along the lines of a female doctor showing some cleavage. This could be a drawing or a photo, it's up to you. The site is serious, less funny.

No nudity please, keep it nice! No topless, just downblouse/cleavage on a female doctor or nurse

The winner will receive $20 via Paypal. I'll give you at least 24 hours notice before the contest closes.

eruct - Very nice! Great doctor, it looks like it would require some extra work to integrate with my template.

jenn08 - Excellent header, it looks at least fairly serious too, which I like! Fits into the template very well

unal_82 - Nice to see you again, a familiar face A fun/sexy doctor, amazing design, fits in with the template.

Currently jenn08 and unal_82 are both in 1st place (I can't decide between the two). Eruct's design is brilliant, though it might take extra work for me to integrate it.

I'll give some more designers time to get their entires in. I'll give 24 hours notice of the contest closing as soon as enough designers have had a crack at this

 

Thank you for the feedback. Here are 2 more versions. The first is a variation of my first submission, with the nurse behind everything.
The second is a different concept... I just realized it might be the same model as uanl_82's submission but in a different pose...
Anyway, this also uses a shadow on your navigation, similar to my very first submission. I think it adds some depth and I would be glad to help you make it work on your site. Of course, the shadow can be removed

Thanks also to the two entries who would prefer to remain anonymous for the time being. All the headers so far have been of a high standard. I'll do some testing and let you know who's currently in 1st place

 

Currently there are three designs all in joint first. I can't yet choose between them. It could be a minor detail which makes the difference in this contest, unless anyone else has got anything to compete with these three.
