Would you buy this house?

It has an odd design but its pretty cool. Yeah i would buy it.

Only buying a house does not give happiness anyone. If you have piece in your life, you will be satisfied even in a thatched hut on the bank-river

 

how much money to invest for buying house like this?

I don't like it, and I wouldn't want to own it lol. But I'm from Europe and it's just not the style we're into.

 

I liked the house and I think you should go for it instantly. Also if possible try to arrange two things before buying it. First is a garage on the right side of the house and a huge floating huge swimming tube for kids to swim only because your lawn is quite big

It's ok if you like that sort of thing I guess, but when are you guys gonna learn that bricks are better in hurricanes?...

 

I do not like its design but also there are other factors must be added into your mind

1) Location
2) Hight-Width-No.rooms..ect
3) Internal strength i mean old can't be like new
4) Your family who share you living feeling about it
5) price

A lot of factors should determine the final decision

 

If the price is right i would def buy this house, one thing though, if you have kids you should really look at safety within the window areas as kids run wild and they are quite low, brick them up to accomodate shorter windows with a cill. Fantastic looking home.

 

if you can show us the blueprint for us to view the interiors of the house then we can comment/suggest better.
