After Dispute with Paypal, can anyone file for Chargeback ??

    Well I dont know about ALL CC's But Visa Stands Behind there Customers 100%. Paypal has nothing to do with the Credit Card Provider. So in a Nut Shell I Be leave They Still can do a Charge Back Directly threw there Credit Card Provider. I Hope this helps. Thanks

    I sell Online Services.

    Now, we need to have Internet working on customer PC, to provide service.

    Customer wants money back as her Internet is not working , for which we are not liable.
