    While Angela and Paul's backlinking program does provide you with "dofollow", high PR websites, most of them have NOTHING to do with your niche. They are just taking advantage of community sites...community sites that people have spent a lot of time and effort working up to their high PR.

    I have also heard a lot about them they are profile backlinks. Though I have never tried them.

    If you are trying to rank high and doing link building, its going to be worth it giving it a try because they push only high page rank sites to link to yours.
