History: Basicaly I had so much success with my first myspace site that I decided to start another one. (layoutfreak.com) I purchased the mscms license (included in sale) and threw this site up, I paid someone to post a bulletin when I first opened it and that is all the advertising I ever did on the site. I was so busy still with my first myspace site that I ended up negleting this one.

Reason for Sale: Its my lower earning myspace site and I need some spare money to start buying christmas presents for my daughter, she has been wanting one of those little cadilac escalades she can drive down the driveway, so I would like to let this one go. looking for a quick and smooth sale

Traffic: average 200-300 unique visitors per day from search engines or myspace profiles. Sometimes spikes to 600.

I dont think that was a Bid by George thats Offer(offer means take it or leave it) I guess May be George can clear it up

 

never tryed adsense. I am sure adsense would do amazing on it as it would be highly targeted then.

are you allowed to run adsense on this site or has the domain been banned?

 

I dont see why it would be banned and ofcourse you can run adsense, I have seen it on tons of other MS sites.

 

How easy is it to add new layouts etc to the site?
Also would adding new catagories for layouts and images be hard to do?

one thing i have noticed when u snatch someones layout when it shows the coding the sites background design disapeares. will this be fixed before sale. thanks

 

also you have a mouse over text when moving mouse over the partners links in bottom left. id remove that.
