    Of course you can apply for adsense. But,these days it's pretty much difficult to get approved with a blogspot blog.

    You can get adsense approval for blogs but it should have a custom domain name(ex domain.com)not domain.blogspot.com. There are lot of people out there who can get adsense approval for you. Check WINADZ, It is one of the site that I cam across for adsense approval.
