I posted a reply in this forum bout a month ago. I was puzzled why in the hell am I being billed wierd amounts and yet I cannot unsubscribe to the premium services. I have sent in numerous tickets and, kudos to the duckload team, they have private messaged me a few times stating they have not received any of the required information to unsubscribe me.

Again, can you all pls explain to me why am i being billed $43.59 (Euro 24.24) on the 1st of April, and again $44.62 (Euro 24.81) on the 15th of April for a daily subscription of euro 0.99 cents? Yes yes ppl, I know about the sweep stakes etc. But for 0.99 cents per day, 15 days would be like 14.85 euro... so the difference of bout 10 euro... where did that come from? Just curious and yes... I want to unsubscribe...

I never really got a proper reply for the new password I sent for too. I have clicked the forget password link and gone thru the email that duckload sent me and etc... but once I click on the "send password" button, NOTHING happens... No email with new password, no pop ups, etc...

Lastly, I really hope the duckload company can stop my subscription. Damn... since I last brought up the matter, I have been charged non stop for 4 times. Ouch. tat's like 80 over euros. Pls... Pm me again for my info, n can someone from Duckload look into this matter for me before I have to go to my bank or to someone who would?

duckload seem to have abandoned us on this :s - I mean they havnt lauched this "new site" that was supposed to come 01/04 and they aint been on the forums...

they are still paying though
