    You can try MatomyMarket (formerly AdsMarket), EWA Private Network, Epic Direct Network and BlamAds. They have a few ringtone offers that are short submit type. Hope that helps :)

    I'm working on users2cash.com they only have ringtones and mobile offers, and highest CPA I ever seen (they pay in €, so it's more dolars than normal)

    I got paid every month, with no problems, so I recommend them.

    Also the account manager is a good help, as they are online 24/7 to teach you everything you need.
