Link development for job blog?

    so major problem is how to do backlinks for www.placementmantra.com

    Forget about link building! You need to first fix your content, else you'll soon be banned from adsense. Your website look cluttered with so many ads, sharing links and almost no content at all. And having a 728x15 link unit on your navigation on top is an accidental clicks violation of google adsense TOS.

    You need to do link building on relevant websites so try searching those websites which are related to your niche then try to find the way of placing your links on that site, it would help you a lot.
