    You can try Adultadworld and ero-advertising. Good cpm rates and allow adult sites.

    you can also try trafficjunky. cpm ad networks in the adult space do not pay well. you may want to try some cpa programs. depending on your traffic you may want to test various programs, i.e., dating versus free trial movies sites.

    Have you tried MoneyTree? They are mainly a cams program (the best converting one I've found I might add) but also have a CPM program paying $0.01/100 unique displays of their banner. The thing is, their banner does not display on the newer browsers and appears as a link, but that link exposure still counts as a banner display.
