    I have verified my paypal account in the past with a virtual credit card when i was still underage (that was in 2007 when i was 17) and i had no problems doing so. I think it should work.

    Yes, it's totally safe. If you have HDFC savings account then you can try Netsafe VCC.

    Well,, I'm from Philippines and I had an allied bank account and Im thinking of getting a mastercard credit card there.. any suggestions?

    In my case, I need to have a credit/debit card to get verified but I don't have a credit card so I will get one. Uhm getting verified by bank account is only for US and the rest is by adding credit/debit cards.

    AFAIK,You can use bank account to verify.(as long as you are not Indian)

    I'm from Philippines. Paypal already called me just a week in my cellphone and said that Verifying paypal through bank accts. is applicable for certain countries and most of it is just for US.

    I think paypal verifaction is rather easy, but again it depends on the country you're in and the situation with that country.

    in the phillipines from what i understand it works different, a bit harder,

    Yes it is safe to use a Virtual credit card to verify your paypal account, Just make sure you use the correct country for example= If you have a USA paypal use a USA vcc or a vba (Virtual Bank account). you can get them for fairly cheap.... Any more questions just shoot me a pm:)

    VCC is really safe or not?

    Too bad all of the banks in my country only accept 21y.o and up for getting a credit card. I have to wait 3yrs. thats too long

    dont use VCC with 3month or 1 year expired. and dont forget to save ur number vcc someday if u get trouble u will needed
