Hi friends, I have just downloaded a wordpress theme, designed by buy backlinks, that has featured posts. But the section of "featured posts" is not showing even after installing the theme, and there is no option in my WP Dashboard for configuring the "featured posts", anyone who is well know with WP, can u guide me, please ? The site from where I downloaded the theme doesnot have any instructions too
You can try installing a plugin best suited for your need. Go to Plugins -> Add New-> Search for 'Featured Post' A list of all plugins will come. Try Installing the best one. Hope it works for. Wishes!
Thanks for the tip, but it seems the idea is not helping I downloaded the iPadPress Theme, where it already has the featured posts option, but it is not coming up check out my site beckywildkid.com
It should be there is a seperate tab .Check very bottom of your dasboard and look for "ipad theme options" or similar.
Thanks for the advice, I tried it, still the featured posts which are selected overlap with each other instead of displaying like a flash So I have just unchecked the featured posts option in the "ipad theme options" and kept it simple. However the featured post option running would have some extra effect on my blog
