Buying Fix This in IE for $10.00

    will pay someone $10.00 upon completion to fix this header in IE. just css
    [edit] would also prefer the LIs in #socs be one sprite and the LIs in #mainNav be one sprite

    in which IE you had problem. I had seen in IE 9 and its ok if you can put some screenshot to find out what was the problem

    nobody has been able to do this so far
    it's not ok in any of the IEs
