Best PPC Network for Referral Links...

    I was looking for a PPC ad network that would accept referral links as ad's, has anyone had experience in the past doing this or know of any Referral Friendly Networks?

    Most of network not accept referral links. But I seen this types of ad in networks who not accept it.
