    Hi All,

    I am from india and i wants to create a business account on paypal, for that i need to register and make a pan card for that but at this time i don't have these for my business. and i wants to link paypal on my website for payment(website standard payment).

    So can i create a account on paypal for my business from different reason(country) and attach with my indian bank account no. will it be possible. please help me.

    it is not possible to open any PayPal account without pan card here in India.

    You need the PAN, it is a must, Create one and apply for PAypal account

    You can do that.I think you can tey use your parents name & pan card to get a paypal

    Getting a PAN card is not tough at all and takes around just 20 days or even less.
    Its better to apply for it and then open PP account.
    If you open account choosing a different country it will get limited soon.
