It is a valid PR2 site. It is initially a personal website but I need fast cash that's why I am selling it. On top of the site and domain, I am also giving away 20 free customized content (200 - 250 words) posted within a month or so. You tell what to write about and I will write and post them for you. I can even give you a month of free hosting. I am a content writer so you do not have to worry about quality.

Do not ask me about earnings of the site and traffic- I really have no idea about those stuff as I am no techie person really.
