    I am selling an 8 months SEO tools website, website got around 60 unique/day and has more than 77 SEO tool for webmasters all for free usage.

    Site is based on a ready made script ($100 per license alone)

    Domain name is short and easy to remember.

    If I buy - how is the license you've paid for affected (ie is it transferable, is it an annual recurring fee etc)

    The license is paid once (not a yearly fee), once bought you will be given i user name /password to clients area where you have the licenses registered.

    One more thing, what specifically do I get if I buy?
    Do I get the domain and all the source?
    Also, if I move hosts, what are the hosting / site config requirements to properly host this site?

    Your hosting should have the following requirements:
    PHP 4/5 Web server
    CURL, GD, mod_rewrite

    Umm... the tools don't appear to be working. When I search for backlinks to many sites it says there are none...

    It is a matter of Server requirements, currently my VPS has CURL disabled which is required to collect backlinks.
