paypal india please help

    Recently paypal india denied my transactions paying with paypal balance. they want the card must be used to make payments. I have now attatched my Axis Debit card Visa logo. but still I cant send payout. I have enough bank balance to payout.

    You've added Debit card instead of Credit card.

    I wish Debit cards worked...

    Only credit card can make payments to paypal and you need to add that only.

    I guess you are using a Vcc which might not get funds.

    I have visa debit card from Axis. it is already confirmed by Paypal. only thing when I try to send payments it refuses. when contacted paypal told me to contact your card issuer. I have been contacting my branch, main branch (fort) and their toll free no. but everyone is avoiding to help

    I think Debit Card is not enough to make payments to others. because I also have visa logo debit card but paypal not accepting it.

    No its not VCC its Axis bank's visa debit card.

    You can withdraw funds to the debit card but you cannot issue payments using one - you need to add a valid credit card.

    How about virtual credit card Is it accepted by paypal

    Debit cards don't work, use a valid Credit card. Hope PayPal someday allows Debit cards as well, it would be much better than CC.

    Debit cards will not work for sending payments,You need to add a valid Credit Card to send payments to everyone :)
