put some more unique contents and use some good keywords. make some good seo works like articles submission, press release, profile baclinking, promoting your site in social networks etc can increase traffic of your site, thus it creats a more opportunity to increase your earning.

Your ads are somewhat in blind spots (top of the page and top right of the page), to encourage people to click them, having them in the body of an article might help too. My experience is it's hard to make a lot of money with Google ads though!
