Paypal not allowing withdraw Funds

Hi,

Today i tried to withdraw my balance from indian paypal and they declined my transaction by saying you need to add CC in able to withdraw funds to your bank account.

I am a verified paypal premier account.

So anybody else having problem in doing this?

I want to know anybody facing the same situation as we know we just need to add CC to send payments not for withdrawing.

 

NO this is not truth, I have not faced this kind of problem yet.

 

You know if you sign up for the paypal debit card you can take all of the funds out that way. Honestly it's more convenient too.

 

lol...I think ur a/c freezed/limited and asking CC ..Add cc and Restore ur a/c

 

is your account limited if not this is something really scary

 

I guess the CC added in your paypal may be expired, try another one.

 

this is not truth , even i am able to exchange mine fund from PayPal to libertyreserve with http://www.smartxchanger.com . like i paid 100$ to their paypal acc and get exchanged amount in my libertyReserve . this is also a alternate way of withdraw fund from ur indian paypal

 

I don't have a cc and I can withdraw with no problems.

 

are you indian ? how did you manage to pay those exchangers with paypal in the first place

 

contact them. that is your best bet. they may have implemented new policies

 

Yes i m indian, i dont know how their accs are accepting all indian paypal funds too (PayPal Funds) Not funds from ur card !

 

I had gone through the details of this site and got some negative reviews like they are scam etc... Don't know how you getting the funds through exchange from this site :-?

 

no need of cc for withdraw but in case of sent need cc..

just tried now it lets me withdraw funds are ur accounts limited by any chance

 

i withdraw funds yesterday and i havent added any CC!

 

I am not facing such problem. I doubt you have some issue with your PayPal account itself. Contact PayPal customer care.

 

Withdrawals are working well , no worry at all.
