    Depends on your blog. Try blogs that refer to your niche, it will provide much better linking. It does not look "natural" if you link to a blog on gardening from a site like Digitalpoint, just to give an example.

    There are several good forums that can be helpful to get backlinks and rather asking here people to spoon feed you , i would suggest to search on webs related to your niche.
