hi to all, Google deindexing goo.gl/yvZ2c. I have 1,219 pages index but when i updated sitemap on weekend, url's web index 631. What problem there. why site pages indexing decreases?
95% of your pages are made up of news items which are published on multiple sites. The Google Panda update was created exactly to knock out these types of pages from ranking in the SERPS. You haven`t written anything unique, you haven`t put any spin on those news articles, none of your views are shared. It's just pure content taken from other sources and republished. Why should your site rank instead of the original source? It shouldn't and thats exactly what Panda was designed to do.
my suggestion is to rewrite at least 30 % of your content and then point some deep links from blogs or forums. Perhaps this will work
Ys that's news updated on multiple website. What i do to resolve that problem. If we edit updated news with unique content. Is it gud or we will update new news with unique content. What's you suggest for that?
If you want to do it properly I would suggest writing your own content and just use the newsfeeds as information for your visitors instead of traffic generation pages in the search engines. There is only so much spin you can put on a news article and some of the news items which you have published have very limited content to begin with. If you want to stick with using the newsfeeds as a traffic generating source then you could add "Your Views" to the article and then invite people to comment on your views as well as the article itself. UGC - User generated content still ranks well in the search engines if your site is the original source for it.
If we will updated new news as unique content and put old news as usual then we can sort out that problem
Hey.. you know how ppl say: "Content Is King"... In your case... "Links are the King"... If you build enough links your content will outrank the original content.. It works, but is it worth it??? Is it worth for what you are trying to achieve?
That may have been true once, but I don't think that is the case now that the Google Panda update has taken effect. They are not looking at the number of links they are looking at it purely from the content point of view.
Panda really ate you up. Panda update was released to reduce the duplicated content like news, technology updates blogs etc. These were the niches which got hurt because of panda update. But as a google user, it really increased the quality. As panda was not only about duplicated content, it made google more user centric. Which means, now when a user searches for anything, his geographical area, his past search patterns is also kept in mind. So if you have a site listed on #1 for some keyword, other users might not have it. Try to have more dynamic pages. Avoid discussing/blogging news and updates that are already available on lot of other websites.
