Paypal Indian Policy Implemented - You cannot send balance funds to anyone now

Yes, it will charge your Debit Card i.e. the balance in your Bank Account.

 

But, most of our clients don't use these payment processors.

 

Yes, reliability matters for the clients.

Moneybookers and Alertpays are yet not been able to gain that level of reliability like PayPal in regards of sending Payment.

For example, Payment from PayPal is recieved instantly but it doesn't happen so fast with MoneyBookers or Alertpay.

iBoot doesn't have sufficient balance in his Bank Account to send Payment through his Debit Card.

I think if we all Indians try to persuade Paypal to help Indians out and change again the rules and if we all unite then some thing is definately possible.Some one needs to create a a facebook page regarding it

 

Going with this,we should all unite and oppose paypal cause in this country nothing gets cleared without hartal's,morcha's or Bandhs.I feel really sad for my own country.

Why you say Paypal sucks?
You can still send money by using your Paypal account but using Credit card instead of Paypal balance.Thats all

 

don try with a little paypment to your other pp account say , premiere to personal pp account and see

 

I am not able to pay anyone with this dumb account. Its frustrating.. If paypal doesn't lift this ban, then its gonna lose the entire fees which it makes from their transactions.

Brother,it is better for you to get a credit card and then you can send money without any problem

i had only reports that many people were unable to send payments from one indian paypal to other.

 

Anyone knows if this ban will be lifted anytime soon? Cos we have few Indian customers who are not paying us because they say they have this problem. But if debit card linked to bank account can be used to send funds, isn't that a good option? Since debit cards are easier to get and when you have to withdraw funds into your bank account anyway so each time you send money by debit card, it will be deducted from your bank acc.
Right now have some Indian customers who say they can only pay us by Western Union, wire transfer or transfer to Indian bank or Plimus all of which are bad options- they are slower, troublesome options. Plus we have to pay others in USD so receiving in another currency and then converting to USD results in more exchange losses.
Frustrating and will be bad for business overall cos like it or not, Paypal is still the main standard payment method on the web. Maybe some Indian guys out there can offer a service to Indian customers who need to pay their overseas sellers by Paypal.

 

VCC will work for verifying Paypal account but it will not work for sending money.You can send money only by using a Credit Card
