I have a question about Adsense For content Tos

Hi every people.
I read Adsense For Content Tos . I want to understand exactly this Tos :" Not put adsense code on site have link to pay to click , paid to read mail , paid to offer , paid to search .vv."
But many site have link to ptc programs use adsense on your site . EX : FORUMS.DIGITALPOINT.COM
( pay to click- Adverting)

1. I understand as " My site not have to have link to ptc site included my content not about ptc programs "
2 . " My site not have to have link to page included content encourage or paid for vistor click into Adsense on my site . But my site may have link to paid to click programs not related paid for vistor click into Adsense on my site "

Actually I can't understand your question well. What is the problem with digital point? I can't find any Pay to Click ads here. Then how did you said this??

If I understand this correctly, adsense is not allowed on sites with PTC. But is it allowed on sites that have short submit forms and other CPA offers? Or is adsense as strict with its website criteria as Google adwords?

 

PTC is completely different from ADSENSE.
